Donte will be filling the role of Operations Director at Navah. He will be leading the Operations Resource Team which supports the overall health and function of the operations and administrative policies, objectives and initiatives in the Navah ecosystem.

Donte, his wife, Keirra and their family have been apart of the Navah family for two years and they have already contributed so much in joy, prayer and service. He has a heart for serving the Church (he is an ordained minister) and has an extensive background in the area of operations- we are excited to welcome him into this role to help support and shape our team and the church at large.

This has role has become a more apparent need in our church community over the last few years as team members have transitioned but specifically for the last 6 months since Sarah Nobrega (Woods) shifted her role from Admin & Youth to a part time position with just the youth- Thank you Sarah for all your countless hours! We also want to honor all those that have carried different areas of administration and operations the last years and months and done an incredible job.

The Navah Eldership spent time praying about and conducting interviews with Donte. We believe he is the right person for the role and look forward to growing and strengthening this area of Operations with Donte onboard.
